■ Introduction
SANPU dedicated in Constant Voltage (C.V.) 5V, 12V, 24V DC Switching Mode Power Supply (SMPS) for LED strip lightings, LED modules, LED signs, etc. Products series include PS (Standard), CPS (Thin-Normal), NL (Slim), CL (Thin-Slim), FXX(IP44 Rainproof), LP(IP67 Plastic Waterproof), CLP (IP67 Aluminum Waterproof), CLPS(Thin-Waterproof).

■ How to Select Supply
● Whether the application requires a constant voltage output?
● What are the overall output voltage and power rating the application need?
● What is the input voltage range the application needed? We offer 90VAC~240VAC and some range from 175VAC~265VAC.
● What is application intended, LED, CCTV or others?
● What is the operating temperature range and ingress protection(IP) needed?
● What are the Safety Certificates needed like (UL, TUV, CE, CB, etc)for business activities in your country?
■ Installation
● Before commencing any installation or maintenance work, pls disconnect the power supply from the utility. Ensure that it can not be re-connected inadvertently.
● Keep proper ventilation around the unit and do not stack any object on it. Also, a 10 to 15 cm clearance must be kept when the adjacent device is a heat source.
● Mounting orientations other than standard orientation or operate under high ambient temperature may increase the internal component temperature and will require a derating in output current. Please refer to the specification sheet to receive the optimum mounting position and information about the derating curve.
● Current rating of an approved primary /secondary cable should be greater than or equal to that of the unit. Please refer to its specification.
● Connect the FG wire (green or green/yellow)of the LED power supply to PE(green or green/yellow), this step can be skipped when the unit is marked class II, ungrounded
● Connect the ACL wire (black or brown) of the LED power supply to Live(black or brown)
● Connect the ACN wire (white or blue)of the LED power supply to Neutral (white or blue)
■ Warnings and Cautions!
● Risk of electrical shock and energy hazard. All failure should be examined by a qualified technician. Please do not remove the case of the power supply by yourself!
● Risk of irreparable damage.LED power supplies with IP64 to IP66 rating must be located indoors or in a location where these units can be sheltered from the rain if outdoors.
● Please do not install LED power supplies in places with high ambient temperature or close to the fire source.

● Output current and output wattage must not exceed the rated values on the specifications. 80% of the rated power is recommended
● The FG must be well connected to PE(protective earth) if the unit equips with it.
● All SANPU' PSUs are designed by EMC regulations and the related test reports are available by request. Since they belong to component power supplies and will be installed inside the system enclosure, when they are integrated into a system, the EMC characteristics of the end system must be re-verified again.
■ Warranty Policy
COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE GOODS OR OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES concerning LOSS OF PROPERTY, REVENUES, LIFE OR LIMB, PERSONAL INJURY, AND CLAIMANT'S REMEDIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF NONCONFORMING GOODS.
● SANPU warrants that the goods are free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a warranty period as stated on the product web page from the date of purchase to the original end-user.
● SANPU will provide replacement goods or may opt to reimburse the purchase price if that is infeasible for non-man-made defects within the warranty period.
● SANPU will not be responsible for the cost of shipping and the replacement of new products.
■ Exceptions of warranty policy:
× Damage due to mishandling or abuse of the product.<
× Connecting LEDs to the wrong Output Voltage.
× Improper connection of power supplies.
× Using products in an extremely hot environment.
× Water damage to non-waterproof products.
× Products or electronic components that have been modified by the user.
× Products not purchased from SANPU
